Knit in the Square was born this fall when friends starting loving and wanting my knits for themselves and their children. I've been knitting since my eldest child was born, and have quickly fallen in love with the craft.

The Husband Hat

My husband had taken to combating his follicular reduction issue by shaving his head. I can only imagine how chilly this gets in our Canadian winters! I knit this hat for his birthday, deciding to knit with super chunky extra warm yarn in a colour matching his winter coat. Ribbed so it stretched to contour to his head, and made super extra long to cover neck and ear lobs.
He's a simple guy, so i didn't get crazy with design.
